Service, circle of users, data protection

InterviewForYou provides the service to its media partners - in particular journalists of radio and television stations - for their editorial coverage of the artists of the affiliate of the music industry and other clients affiliated to InterviewForYou. The audio files, texts and photos available in the WebFrontend of InterviewForYou are for your personal information. Only the audio files requested and delivered via the system may be stored in the transmitter archive and used for the transmissions. It is not permitted to pass on or use any data transmitted by InterviewForYou to third parties or for any purpose other than those listed here.

Use of audio files, images and texts by InterviewForYou users

InterviewForYou or its partners / clients have the rights to the audio files, images and texts available on the website. InterviewForYou transfers the rights for the exclusive use of the audio files to the respective user in accordance with. Abs. 1. The transfer of audio files, images and texts to third parties or the production of copies, including copies for private use and their disclosure to third parties or the granting of subsequent use rights and any use for promotional purposes, sponsorship, patronage, etc., are not allowed. You undertake to comply with the journalistic principles of the German Press Council (Press Code) by using all the files of InterviewForYou. Changes to the content of the files, in particular changes to the meaning of the text, re-cuts etc. are not permitted. At the request of InterviewForYou or the respective client, you will immediately discontinue the further use of individual files.

Access to the InterviewForYou web portal

InterviewForYou reserves the right to change parts of or the entire offer without prior notice, add to, delete or cease publication temporarily or permanently and to terminate your access at any time.

Liability

The statements of the persons interviewed made in the provided audio files or accompanying information exclusively reflect their own opinions. There is no guarantee for content, timeliness, completeness, correctness and quality. All offers are non-binding. Liability claims against InterviewForYou, which relate to material, immaterial or immaterial nature, caused by the use or disuse of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information or files are excluded. Damages, regardless of the legal grounds, are owed by InterviewForYou only for damages resulting from injury to life, body and health under the Product Liability Act or if the damage was caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of InterviewForYou or its vicarious agents.

Use of usage data

To optimize the service, data about your use of the InterviewForYou service will be collected and made available to partners in the music industry and other clients. The industry participants only have access to the usage data in relation to the journalistic contributions they have commissioned. The data will not be passed on to other third parties.

Final provisions

If you are a registered trader or act on behalf of a registered trader, the place of performance and jurisdiction are Berlin and German law applies. If any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
